Please note that we do take walk ins; however, appointments are preferred.

2. Social Security Card
3. Birth dates for, your Spouse and Dependent’s on the Tax Return
4. Current Year’s Tax Package
5. Wage and Earning Statements Form W-2
6. Interest and Dividends Statements from Banks
7. Discharge Forms
