St. Joseph’s Hosting Alzheimer’s Support Group and Family Forum for Caregivers

Huger Mercy Living Center at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center has created an Alzheimer’s family forum and support group for caregivers. The two programs offer support and education about Alzheimer’s disease and dementia for people who are caring for a loved one afflicted with the condition. Details:
Sandy Eastman, author of Alzheimer’s: Down the Long Road – A Daughter’s Journey with Her Mother, will be the guest speaker at the forum. She will share her experience with caring for her mother who suffered from Alzheimer’s disease. A networking session and a light lunch will be provided.
