Old Qwest Building Site: Rubble Pile Out - CIGNA HealthCare In

After years of frustration dealing with the out-of-state owner of the old Qwest Building at 3rd Street and Earll Drive, the Chicago-based Clarius Partners LLC have gained control of the property to develop a medical office building for Cigna Medical Group. The original building was demolished two years ago, and in spite of the City's and my efforts to clean the site through legal measures, the rubble remained. Cleanup of the site will begin within the next 60 days and groundbreaking is expected by the end of the year.
